anyways (: footdrill has been tough, but enjoyable i think? as in, our footdrill is generally not too bad, bangs and co-ordination is improving... but im sure everyone felt something tingling inside when we all witnessed the st. johns people doing their footdrill??? i felt a thing or two tingle oh wells. so impressed la, their bangs (BANG rather. it was a SINGLE bang.), their solid, loud, crisp bang, their uber audible timing, their co-ordination, marching, hentak-ing, and everything la! seriously ah, why they like not tired one. i mean, i'll die if i had to keep those standards through the entire session! pei fu pei fu.
STILL, we have to try our best and not slacken during footdrill yes. though we might not be as good as np or sj, we still have to improve and try to bring up our standards!!! yea, when we see other schools the guides doing their footdrill, we get so critical and all that. but we'll have to look at OURSELVES, and see if we are worthy to criticise them. yea?
c'mon, let's make our fcs proud of us. they're having a hard time and i bet they're feeling uber stressed now la. in front of the entire school, our seniors, our classmates, our guides juniors, other UG people... EVERYONE.
and it's only 13 days away.
that's less than 2 weeks.
and we'll have to show the world what nygg's got.
besides parade, there's something even more major. our pageant. and THAT is in front of Singapore???? yes it is. for that entire 3 mins (which equals to 180 seconds), eyes are focused on YOU. YOU. YOU. know what that means? it means that every one has to try her best, put in her 100%.

i think we need to focus more and put in more during our practices. right now, i just have a feeling that we arent really trying our best. it's just so mundane and routine that we are immune to improving already. c'mon peeps, we HAVE to keep telling ourselves. we cant slacken and retreat for the worst. we have to be serious during each and every practice. we have to try our best and remind ourselves that the time is tight and precious. miss teng and our sec 3 snrs are already trying so hard. we have to. we have to. come on.
