:D i finish conservation and road safety and am halfway doing thrift and current affairs! yay!!!

but, i think i will complete the rest on good friday. cannot go for cca this thursday. so sad. also cannot go for energy efficency course. :( hmmm.

I think a batch lunch is quite interesting. we can talk together during lunch. really miss the times before thinking day pageant. when we ate together, practised footdrill together and sing songs together. enrolment coming soon. sec 4s leaving soon. up till now, yi bin hasn't come back to see us. i really want to see yi bing again.

we must really pick up the pace for guides. it is becoming a little slow now. SENSE of URGENCY!!!! where has it gone too???? waaaaaah. must really reflect on the CLs words yesterday. we want to get Gold for NYGG next year right?

ok ppl, all of us are going to cook on for the enrolment ceremony (20 April, Friday, 3-6 pm). We will be cooking from 2-4 pm. Thus, we need to meet up next week... what about on tue during lunch?

Things we need to cover:
1. Time frame (prep)
2. manpower allocation
3. layout of kitchen (during prep)
4. Theme (significance, rationale for choosing theme)
5. menu
Points to take note when deciding on menu:
-know the occasion and the type of food required for that occasion
-make sure there is a balanced diet
6. details of items
-name
-description
-amount to be made
-recipe (ingredients, procedure)
-garnish/presentation
7. Soft logistics list (eg. pots, rags)
8. Food logistics list (ingredients)
9. shopping list (rmb to keep receipts)
10. action plan

Deadline for 1st draft of proposal: 30 March, Fri (which is next week)
A lot of things to do!!! so we really have to meet up. One day may not be enough.

Oh yes. I need to know how many of u are released from class at 2pm on Friday. Please tell me asap, thank you!
